We're always getting questions what to do about pet odor, or urine. There is no simple answer to this. I will post more about this in my blogs. You can get a black light bulb and see everywhere the pet has gone. We use a flashlight that shows us where they went. When people ask me what they should do, I ask them what their budge is. I would strongly suggest getting the carpet cleaned with us using a deoderizer at the minimum. This will take care of the urine on the surface of the carpet. To get it out of the pad, one needs to pull the pad and put some killz on the floorboard. Another option is to have us do a pet urine treatment on it. Pet urine treatment is kind of pricey. It's $75-$100 per hour, depending on the situation.
