The most frequently asked question that we get from our customers is how we clean their carpet. There are four aspects to cleaning carpet, which are time, temperature, pre-treatment, and agitation. I will go over these four aspects in the future on this blog. This post will focus on the pre-treatment we use. When we spray out pre-treatment onto your dirty carpet, it starts to breakdown the soil and any spots that are in the carpet. It does this because it has a high PH. When we steam clean it, the steam has a low PH so that when we extract the pre-treatment from the carpet, it has the PH of 7, the same PH of water. This photo is a good example of what results this method can produce.
